Field Guide Lodge - Stowe

That was charming little hotel set in very nice area, so close to Main Street shops and restaurants, the 5.5 miles Stowe bike trail across the road, and incredible restaurants. The room we booked was lovely looking and recently refurbished with a balcony and delightful local artwork, for instance, overall the experience was extra special!

Plus, the location is marvellous and fantastic, minutes from a history museum. The room is fancy, recently refurbished comes with delightful local artwork, a tolerable bathroom, for instance. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge are a nice touch.

Nice staff, as it had to be. The room was new-fashioned & unique, the bed was lovely. The continental breakfast for an apres drink was COMPLEMENTARY.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not that friendly.

The breakfast offerings were notable. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries, yogurt parfaits, and a selection of assorted fruits. The outdoor fire pit was fantastic.

The only concern was the noise level.

The staff was extremely friendly with local information. Comforts of good looking king room with an ipad were fabulous. A refrigerator and glassware were a plus😃❤👌

The atmosphere was cozy, and i especially loved the hot tub sessions after hiking. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious individual quiches and fresh fruit.

The King Room had a cozy layout, but it felt oddly spacious without enough room for a closet. The heater was a bit tricky to manage. The bathroom was small but functional. The bed was comfortable, though. The room had a nice vibe overall, even if it wasn't the most spacious.

The location was epic for exploring nearby trails.

my experience was improved with the cheerful and helpful staff, and the hotel was just a few steps from some fantastic eateries like SaenSook Thai Kitchen and cozy breakfast spots, making it easy to fuel up for my daily adventures.

super cozy vibe with inviting lounge areas and fireplaces. Our room was spacious with a sitting area, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Breakfast was delicious, different each day, with homemade goodies. Location was perfect, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Spa services available including hot tub and massages.

A Cozy Retreat Near Stowe!

Our family had a wonderful 4-night stay! The staff were very good, especially Michael, we felt welcome. We loved the nearby restaurants and the beautiful views from our Beautiful King Room. Pro tip, check out the local ski rentals across the street for convenience!

Great spot for an overnight stay

Comfortable room, friendly staff, provided a mini-fridge and free wi-fi despite my skiing injury, and the location is conveniently close to downtown with plenty of options for dining and exploring.
